In his role as Chief Digital Officer, Troy leads Arnold Worldwide’s award-winning Digital and Social Media capabilities. Troy has made a career out of leveraging technology innovation to solve business challenges.  He’s worked with over 50 clients in every industry sector, helping to create award-winning digital marketing, eCRM and eCommerce solutions for IBM, British Airways, Six Flags, Novartis and Pfizer.

Troy relocated his family to Boston after two years as the Digital lead in Arnold’s NYC office.  Prior to joining Arnold, he earned his stripes serving in strategic, operational and global account roles at OgilvyInteractive and Agency.com – helping both agencies achieve Adweek Interactive Agency of the Year status during his tenure. He actively shares his enthusiasm for digital marketing by speaking at industry events and tweeting at twitter.com/troykelley.

Troy and his wife, Denise, are avid runners and snowboarders. Along with their children, Dylan and Amélie, they’re New Jersey transplants adjusting to their new life in Boston.
