When Karen says she loves working at Arnold, you believe her. After all, she’s been here for 13 years and counting.

In her role as President of Arnold’s Washington, D.C. office, she oversees client relations and operations on all agency accounts which have included Choice Hotels International, Amtrak, The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism and Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.

Karen brings deep retail experience to her role, having led accounts such as Staples, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Melvin Simon shopping malls, Dexter Shoe, Danskin, Cannondale Bicycles and Volkswagen.

As the former CMO of Arnold Direct, Karen brings a wealth of one-to-one marketing skills to the Arnold DC office. She has managed online, direct mail, email, CRM and loyalty marketing programs for many Arnold clients, including the AARP-Hartford Financial Services co-branded direct program for auto insurance.

Karen graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a dual major in Speech Communications and English Literature.

She is President of the DC Ad Club and Chair of the DC ADDYs, as well as a member of the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the Steering Committee of Advertising Week DC, the AAAA Board of Governors for the Mid-Atlantic, and the Greater Washington Board of Trade. Karen is also an active member of the United States Travel Association (USTA) and HSMAI.
